About us
Brackmans Bakery has been a central focal point in the Broughton Park area
of Salford, Manchester, for more than 80 years, and is now the responsibility
of owner Andrew Addleman. It is the longest established Kosher bakery in the
Manchester area. The bakery has been extended to incorporate a modern
Coffee Shop with seating for 80 people, plus an outside patio, and has a large choice of food, all of which is under the rabbinical supervision of the Manchester Beth Din
